How much does a house soft wash cost ? Most 2200 sq ft 1-story homes with a 2-car driveway start at $300. Two-story homes and larger properties typically range from $350 to $550. Every home is different, so we offer free estimates for anything beyond the standard package.
What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing? Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to blast dirt off a surface. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with specialized cleaning solutions that kill algae, moss, and mildew at the root level. Soft washing is safer for your siding, paint, and landscaping — and the results last significantly longer (often 1–3 years vs. a few weeks).
Do I need to be home during the service? For most house washes and gutter cleanings, no. We just need access to the exterior and a water spigot. For Diggin/excavation projects, we'll coordinate with you on timing and site access.
How long does a typical house wash take? A standard 1-story home + driveway usually takes 2–4 hours. Two-story homes or properties with significant algae/moss buildup may take longer. We'll give you a time window when we schedule your appointment.
What happens if it rains the day of my appointment? We'll reach out and reschedule at no charge. Soft washing works best in dry conditions so the solution can do its job properly.

What's the minimum for land clearing / Diggin work? Our minimum project fee for excavation and land services is $500. Every site is different, so we do a free walk-through before quoting for anything that is big. No obligation.
